Photo Essay: Visiting OSAS Horses at High Stakes Farm

On Saturday morning, I visited Joanne Colville's High Stakes Farm to meet up with a few Ontario Standardbred Adoption Society horses and snap some photos.

Not A Prude lives up to his name...

Dakota is just barely up on her feet, but already causing trouble!

Poor wee foal was camera shy...Thanks Mom!

Amy came along for the visit and found a horse made to fit.

Joanne Colville and Prude share a sunny moment.

Joanne's farm is home to four cats, three dogs, two miniature horses, 30+ yearlings, a partridge and a pear tree.

Despite appearances, this horse is not buried five feet deep in mud.

This yearling left the pack to have his photo snapped.

The rest of the herd was more interested in food.

Spoonman came over to say hello and get a little love.

Here's how you play the game: You take a rock, you throw it in the pond. The dog dives into the pond and brings you back the rock. Repeat.

Thanks High Stakes For An Awesome Morning!
